The Belgium Master Mind Scholarship for the academic year 2023/2024 has been announced for interested applicants and candidates who wish to apply for this scholarship which is normally done through the Flemish Ministry of Education, by the Belgian government.
The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training Awards for the Master’s program is usually awarded to outstanding international students in Flanders and Brussels. Who can apply for the Belgium Master Mind Scholarship?
Here, all nationalities with a good knowledge of the English language can apply for the Belgium Master Mind Scholarships provided they have an excellent academic record which includes a 3.5 CGPA out of the 4.0 grading system.
Applicants who seek to apply must first of all apply and be accepted by a host tertiary institution in Belgium to be able to receive the scholarship
Value of the Belgium Master Mind Scholarship 2023/2024
The following are the value of the Belgium Master Mind Scholarship 2023/2024 and they are follows;
- The Master Mind scholarship includes a grant of €9,600 including a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS).
- Master Mind Scholarship holders only pay an administrative enrolment fee.
- The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training Awards is paid in installments and covers students’ accommodation costs, insurance and a significant amount of their living expenses in Belgium.
How To Apply for the Belgium Master Mind Scholarship 2023/2024

STEP 1: Find the host institution of your choice and fill out their Master Mind scholarship form and submit it with accurate contact information and details to avoid disqualification from false information.
STEP 2: When you get selected, the host institution will create an application account in the Mobility-Online application tool on your behalf
STEP 3: The Mobility-Online tool will notify you of an incoming email that you have been pre-selected for a Master Mind Scholarship.
STEP 4: The last step after being pre-selected is to register in the Mobility-Online tool and complete your Master Mind Scholarship application before the fixed deadline.
After being selected, the listed documents will be required by the host institution:
- Identity photo (passport photograph format).
- Passport or national identity card.
- English language proficiency test results or exemption letter provided by the host university.
- Cover letter written in English.
- Two letters of recommendation from professors at your home (former) university, or from your recent employer, written in English.
- Copy of the acquired diploma (s); if it is written in a language other than Dutch, French, German or English, a certified translation must be attached.
